How long before my item will ship?
Quickly! We do our best to ship within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Where is my item shipping from?
We are a family owned company. All items on the site are in stock and ship from our office in New Richmond, Wisconsin. If you are local and would like to pick your order up, please contact us to schedule a pick up time.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as we ship your order.
Do you ship Internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally but are looking into adding this option for our outlying friends. Please send us an email with international shipping questions.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase only. If you need to make a return or exchange, please email us - firstname.lastname@example.org for a prepaid label and instructions. In order to qualify for Free Returns you must use our prepaid label. We do NOT reimburse return shipping if you don't use our label.
Exchanges are limited to 1 per order - if you need to exchange a 2nd time any additional postage will be at your expense.
Returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition. Please don't take advantage of us. We've got a pretty great return policy for a small business, and we'd like to keep it that way.

No, we do not.
The item I want is out of stock. Will you be restocking?
We are often restocking our merchandise. If there is something specific you are looking for please send us an email and we will do our best to get it order as soon as possible for you!
Are your items authentic?
Yes, always. We only purchased from authorized U.S. distributors who hold the actual product trademarks.
But I saw your photo on a Chinese site ....
Sadly, yes. Our photos and our vendors photos have been stolen and used without our consent and put on websites and apps such as WISH, AliExpress and others. These products are in no way endorsed by us.
How can I contact you?
The best way to contact us is via email using the "contact us" tab on our website, or directly to email@example.com. This email is always monitored, but please allow 24 hours for a reply (although we're usually faster!)
